Welcome to Elevenses!

My name is Amber Spring. I created Elevenses Mind and Body Therapy after many years of studying Kinesiology, movement therapy and Massage Therapy. I have been practicing and teaching Yoga and Meditation for nearly 20 years. I am currently studying to become an International Yoga Therapist (ERYT1000), through Loyola Marymount's sister program at The Soul of Yoga. I specialize in Neuromuscular Massage, Pre/Post-Natal, Oncology Massage, Lymphedema Therapy, and MyoFascial Release. I am also a Reiki Master and incorporate it in everything that I do.

The human body fascinates me. It's healing capacity as well as it's mind/body connection and how it influences our own health leaves me awestruck. I believe, we are our own healers and our bodies are continually working to attain homeostasis. I've seen, through honest self-inquiry, we can discover and gently remove what is causing dis-ease or discomfort. By the removal of these obstructions and focusing on all the ways that our bodies are radiantly healthy, we can trust it’s intelligence and steer it back to homeostasis. I love witnessing this process, working as a vessel to assist my clients to tap into their bodies intuition. Because, as long as you’re living and breathing, you are healing.

Thank you - for your time, for trusting me to work alongside you and hold space for your journey of healing. It’s a beautiful honor.

Directions

The office is located in a beautiful complex right next door to the Dallidet Adobe. The best way to get here from the 101 freeway (north or south), is to take the Santa Rosa exit. Head East on Santa Rosa (toward downtown SLO). Right after you pass Marsh Street, make a Left on Pacific Street. Elevenses is at the end of the street, on the right. Look for a complex with a courtyard and beautiful big Chinese Magnolia tree. The office is in the very back, up the only flight of stairs. Walk to the very end of the second story balcony, to our front door :)

There should be plenty of free parking on the street. In the event that there isn't, there is also a FREE lot that is accessed through the driveway to the left of The Land Conservancy.
