Amber Bixler

Founder of Elevenses / Certified Massage Therapist / Registered Yoga Teacher

Amber Bixler was born and raised on the central coast. She worked many years in the service industry: coffee shops, salons, pubs, bars and restaurants and absolutely loves the act of helping humans. Since she was little she always made a point to touch people in kindness.  She decided to apply touch to her career, since it brought her just as much happiness as it brought those around her. Amber graduated the Massage Therapist program at the California Holistic Institute in 2010. She has studied various modalities of massage including: Thai, Swedish, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Jin Shin Acupressure, Reflexology, and Pre-natal Massage. She also incorporates Reiki in her practice.

Amber also practices and teaches Yoga. In yoga she has derived a great source of relief: physically, mentally and emotionally. In 2010 she completed the Yoga Teacher Certification Training at The White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, California. In her eagerness to share the happiness that resides in homeostasis, Amber created Elevenses in 2010.

Tenli VanRozeboom

Registered Physical Therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Certified Massage Therapist, Cupping Therapy

Since 1990, I have been a licensed physical therapist working in hospitals and private clinics.  5 years ago I became certified in massage therapy and lymphedema therapy and redirected my practice toward athletes as well as breast cancer patients.  I enjoy incorporating my physical therapy background with massage skills to assist recreational athletes in their training, flexibility and recovery. In addition to Swedish massage, I use various modalities such as trigger point therapy, cupping and myofascial release. I believe massage is beneficial to everyone to promote wellness and relaxation, as well as maintain tissue flexibility, restore mobility and improve repetitive stress limitations.
